I believe that was the blast where my friend and I rode our bikes across Lake Goodwin and survived! My grandma was distracted by As The World Turns. I believe that is also when someone tried to drive a Suzuki Samurai out onto the lake and didn’t make it. Luckily it was the shallow part of the lake! Great times!!

My cousins/Aunt/Uncle lived in Everett at the time. They said that there were hundreds of people walking on Green Lake. Some jackass with an ATV was wreaking havoc and annoying people until he finally broke through the ice and lost it. He survived but his ATV did not.

As if this night could get any better, I just found out I have an Amazon package arriving tomorrow!

Just a heads up. It's from me. It's an early Christmas gift. It cost me a bit, but I finally found it. I went ahead and got you the Bob Ross 2 in 1 Studio Easel for model extrapolation. You're welcome. Merry Christmas.

I see no end to that weather pattern on the GFS. Kona low is reinforced and the block would be as well. A dream weather pattern. Closer to January 1950 than February 2019.

Un fuggin real. The maximally perfect pattern. Everything from the upstream wavedriving in SE Asia to the sprawling SE US ridge. The pure essence of -ENSO/+QBO. As good as it can get.

This could be something very special brewing.  If January is cold on top of everything else this will be amazing.
