Punta Arenas has some of the coldest summers of any similar sized city (100k or greater) in the world. Daytime average highs barely break 60. I think Reykjavik is probably the only colder city in the summer.
Been a while since I've been in a Flood Watch, wow. Over 3" of rain possible tomorrow along with strong to severe storms. Should be an exciting day. Had .29" last night and it has turned muggy today with the sun breaking out and temps reaching the upper 70s.
