my God, this forum has devolved into the worst of the worst. It's always emotional and reactionary in here, but it seems that the rational and seasoned members have pulled back to make way for the kids.
I'm going to step back for the day too. It's just too much uninformed nonsense.
I am excited for a lot of you guys, because it seems like this is your first time tracking a PNW winter storm. I remember my first time.
Made it to just outside of Whistler. So many people just parked out on the side of the road. Way too many folks outside of Britannia Beach thinking that running across a highway after parking on a tiny shoulder is perfectly fine. Nearly got in an accident when a couple in a Honda just pulled out without their headlights.
Caught the lights as far south as Marysville and then dawn was bright enough to wipe them out.
Looking forward to tonight and given the state of the sun and the history of these storms, it'll be fun to see what we get over the next three months.
