Phil
We’re approaching 200 spotless days this year already. Unless solar activity picks up soon, we’re likely to challenge 2008 and 2009 for most number of spotless days in a single year over the last century. 2009 had a 71% spotless day rate, 2008 was 73%. Right now 2019 is at 72% and climbing at the moment. 6 Quote Live Weather Cam: https://www.youtube.com/live/KxlIo8-KVpc?si=xKLCFYWbZieAfyh6 PWS Wunderground https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KMDBETHE62 PWS CWOP/NOAA: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=F3819&hours=

jakeinthevalley
Popped a low of 44f this morning in West Salem. Over seeded the lawn last night so some rain would be nice. Big problem though. Seems that the high water in the creek behind the house has "displaced" some of the rats that live along the banks. They seem to like a small opening under the house where the AC unit plugs in through to the crawl space. Traps got one last night outside the opening. Looks like I will be crawling underneath this weekend to set more traps before sealing everything up. Good times!
