55 here.

15 consecutive days with measurable rain at YVR. 18 of the last 19.

I assume that is much drier than normal for September there?   Should be 30 out of 30 normally.

Temperature departure over the next 7 days per the 00Z ECMWF.     A little cooler than normal around western WA.

Victoria might even end up close to normal over the next week.    :)

Radar is just a bit deceiving this morning... given the drizzle fest that is occurring around the Seattle area.

Is that our Arctic front between Bellingham and Mt Vernon?

Heading to the lake later this morning to pull the jetski out before the lake freezes over.

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

We’re approaching 200 spotless days this year already.

Unless solar activity picks up soon, we’re likely to challenge 2008 and 2009 for most number of spotless days in a single year over the last century.

2009 had a 71% spotless day rate, 2008 was 73%. Right now 2019 is at 72% and climbing at the moment.

Some showers up around the San Juan’s in the north interior. Looks pretty heavy on radar.

Hit a heavy shower while driving from my place to Smokey Point and the temp dropped 4 degrees...I might have seen a positive splat.

EUG got down to 52F, most stations in town got down to 49F so I'm not sure why EUG is running warmer lately. NWS says we get really close to freezing on Sunday night.  Just insane for Sept.  Would be one of the few times we have seen low 30s and 50s for highs in Sept since I moved here. 2013 was another instance.  :)

Popped a low of 44f this morning in West Salem. Over seeded the lawn last night so some rain would be nice.

Big problem though. Seems that the high water in the creek behind the house has "displaced" some of the rats that live along the banks. They seem to like a small opening under the house where the AC unit plugs in through to the crawl space. Traps got one last night outside the opening. Looks like I will be crawling underneath this weekend to set more traps before sealing everything up. Good times!

Looks like some showers are still going in the north interior. Looks like the south WA coast and NW OR foothills are seeing some showers as well as just north of Seattle.

Nothing like that here in Tacoma, 58 and sunny.

Hope you can catch them rodents! My friend in Astoria has to trap them regularly or else they would run wild.
