Perturbed Member
The 00z 3km NAM sends at least a chunk of that beefcake band that is currently on the Langley hill radar into the PDX metro. Temp here is down to 32.6F and quickly dropping. With -9.5c 850s and a nice looking radar to the west, I hope I can finally break into the 1+ inch of snow club for the winter.

luminen
Could an "event" actually turn out better than modeled for Puget Sound, for once? Still too early to say but radar looks fairly promising. I'm on the eastern edge of things but still getting a good rate of light snow. Temp already down to 30 after a high of 35. The models have been pretty horrible this season, so I'd say definitely.

bainbridgekid
It's amazing what a difference having temperatures actually be below freezing and frozen ground makes. I've just been seeing the lightest of flurries off and on here under the weakest of radar echoes, but roofs, the grass, and driveways are already really whitening up. I'm getting pretty excited for what those green echoes may do as they hopefully continue to slide South. Seems to be some weakening of the Eastern edge of the band though right now.
