Jan. 22nd-23rd Winter Storm

This storm is weird.  Major bust potential for many areas for sure.  Now it looks like the heaviest snow will hold off in Eastern Iowa until very late tonight and into the early AM hours tomorrow.  Latest 3K NAM has Cedar Rapids even on the northern edge.

WOWT saying 1-4 now for Omaha moving the heaviest farther southeast.

This is so comical omg. Just a couple days ago we were writing this storm off as a miss well to the North and now we might get missed to the South.

Edit: 3km NAM is crap. Wow.

Edit edit: So is HRRR.

I can see the freezing drizzle falling from my window. Roads are a disaster across town. 23.7°F

With school cancelled, I don't even want to go outside unless its snowing. On Friday evening with the freezing rain I slipped and fell on the same sidewalk twice a few hours apart...and I was sober the first time.
