The average low has been 63 though, which is about four degrees above average. The last 4 days have been cloudy and coolish up here away from the water. We don't live in Portland or Seattle. The highs for the last 4 days in North Bend have been 67, 68, 70, 70 with virtually no sun at all. Normal high is around 75 or 76. Randy's area has been similar... hence his comment. Phil
At least no big heat waves on the 12z runs. Although something tells me that could change in the next few days.FWIW the trend has been to weaken the amplitude of the WPAC convection with more of a W2 configuration as that medium range period approaches. So my guess is, if anything, it could trend back the other way in closing. Statistically it’d be favored to do so. 1 Quote Live Weather Cam: https://www.youtube.com/live/KxlIo8-KVpc?si=xKLCFYWbZieAfyh6 PWS Wunderground https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KMDBETHE62 PWS CWOP/NOAA: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=F3819&hours=
