All Whatcom County gets out of it is flurries.Looks more robust now. And I think it's more likely to affect areas south of Whatcom. Anyone know how Victoria has done with this so far? Sadly I missed the two snowfalls in January. Rain hasn't been THAT rare here the past year (15.86" on 73 days) but it still feels arid coming from Miami.
