That stuff has been streaming east since this morning. The Fraser outflow always eats it up. All Whatcom County gets out of it is flurries.

Looks more robust now. And I think it's more likely to affect areas south of Whatcom.

 

Anyone know how Victoria has done with this so far?

Any chance more low level cold can work into the gorge before the mid-week system goes north?

 

There will be some with the brief surge of offshore flow ahead of it. Southerlies will erase that gain quite quickly, though.

On a positive note, did you enjoy the snowfall last year there. I was there for 2 years at the UA. The desert was too much for me. Remember getting excited for rain as much as we are for snow here in PNW.

Yes, it was amazing. I took tons of pics that day in Feb. Sadly I missed the two snowfalls in January. Rain hasn't been THAT rare here the past year (15.86" on 73 days) but it still feels arid coming from Miami. I posted pics on the thread that got locked, will add them again:
