F**k the Ducks, worst team in any sport. Go Washington state, every beaver fan needs to root for them! Only team that didn't abandon the pac12, wsu needs to prove that the remaining PAC2 did not deserve to be abandoned!

I'm somewhere in that photo! Saw the clouds when I woke up this morning and thought it'd make for a great sunrise on tumalo mountain, but unfortunately I got there too late and once I reached the summit the sun had already risen and was in the clouds. Although atleast I got some really nice pics of the surrounding mountains and the skiing was AMAZING

12Z GFS and 12Z GEM only show one rainy day in the Seattle area over the next week... that is on Wednesday.    The next system appears like it it's going to quickly dive into CA like the current system.

The models have really SUCKED lately for the eclipse. GEPS is much better than the GEFS, GEFS mean is 80% cloud cover for the eclipse in Texas, GEPS shows 46% which is about the only forecast still looking decent at this point. Operational runs have been really bad.

12Z GEM shows Texas being the worst spot... but that could just be high clouds down there.

Here is 12Z GFS... probably over-estimating cloud cover.   There is no precip that day in Texas.

12Z ECMWF goes out through the early morning of eclipse day.   Definitely worse than the GFS and GEM showing precip as well.

How did you find that map? I can't find it anywhere with the last four runs and the percentages on it.

Perfect late March afternoon.   I see lots of temps around 60 across the EPSL.  Only 55 at SEA with a NW breeze off the water.

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

Go farther NE. Our plan is to catch the eclipse at Lake Loramie, OH.

But maybe you’ll catch a tornado instead. 🌪️

      Yellowstone was an absolute sh1tshow from the 60s to the late 80s, the park tried to crack down on the bear feeding in the early 80s but it continued for another decade, because the bears were already used to begging for food and the tourists kept feeding them, so there was no reason for them to stop. I worked and lived in Yellowstone in 3 different summers back when I was a young lad, got to witness dumb tourists in all of their glory. But once you get a mile away from the road, 100% of the idiots and 99+% of the crowds vanish, and you get to see the most beautiful parts of the park, the incredible mountains, lakes, canyons, waterfalls, valleys, and forests. Unfortunately, almost all of the Geyser basins are easily accessible so there's really no way to avoid the crowds to see those, there is only 1 geyser basin (Shoshone lake geyser basin), and 1 geyser (lone star geyser) that is not easily accessible. A good way to see the easily accessible geyser basins without any crowds is going to them in the middle of the night under a full moon, plenty of lighting but rarely will you see another person.

      We have had 59 days 90+F that had a low below freezing since we moved here in 2016. Most impressive days we've had is a 94/25 day and a 101/31 day. Keep in mind my property has a lack of trees compared to most of the neighborhood (although we still have plenty), which makes our highs a warm outlier and lows a cold outlier.
