The 3km NAM is encouraging decreasing the 1000mb-950mb temps later in the morning but I wouldn't place bets on it. Snowing at SEATAC. Then I remembered I was coming home from a Halloween party.Nothing beats Halloween events in the first few days of November! As long as you don't go pass the Cross Quarter point on November 6th or 7th (9:25pm on the 6th this year), you shouldn't be "out of season."
