Frontal Snowsquall
Just replanted a batch of lawn in my front yard. Would love some warmth this weekend followed by some cooler, damp days. Thinking about breaking out the pontoon boat this weekend and hitting a high lake for some fresh trout.Trillium Lake is my go to spot. Go very early in the morning and you can catch some big lunkers up there.

Jesse
I bet Stevenson was below 36 on 5/1/13.Our location was really bad at decoupling. Little known fact, most river level locations in the western gorge seem to be. But they really perform during offshore flow episodes. I will throw in the chains just in case as the road in has many north facing exposures. Lake is at 3500' but road is over 4000' in spots

Phil
We had much colder lows in May 2012 and 2013, but this morning was probably about the coldest May morning since then. The 2013-2018/19 warm cycle (+PMM/+TNH) is gradually fizzling out. Question is, when does it flip for good? Could happen anytime now. SilverFallsAndrew
Shawnigan Lake officially topped out at 88F last summer. I imagine you have very pleasant summers there. We topped out at 94 last summer. Last year was probably fairly close to a typical summer up here. We only had a few 90+ days. I moved here at the end of summer 2011, so most of the summers have been much warmer than average. We were under contract on the house throughout that summer, and it was very chilly up here most of that summer when I would come up for the inspections and such, the warmest weather of the year was right after we moved up here in September. Timmy Supercell
Today in 2013 started a 5 consecutive day stretch in thunderstorms. Stretches like that are rare. It almost happened again in July 2015, I recorded 8 t'storms between July 5th and 14th that year. The only other times Klamath Falls has seen ones like that were in 1998 and 2009. The best storms were on May 7th and 8th. And probably the wettest too. There were spotter reports of around an inch of rainfall over the course of 1-2 hours those afternoons. Of course numbers at KLMT may have been different.
