Considering the savings of doing it myself vs taking it to a shop, I usually have a pretty healthy allowance if I need to upgrade any tools. I want to say the TB was about $1,200-1,600 to have it done, I got the parts for about $300, dropped about $400 for a second jack, impact wrench, and a couple of other smaller or specialty tools. I think it took me about 6 hours? I took my time, took a lot of breaks. On the weather front, currently 53 up here and only .10" of rain since midnight, ended up with .41" yesterday. Quite a bit less than what folks are seeing down south.
