Slushy Inch
Find a location at 500feet near Seattle, preferable east, and you can double your annual snowfall and still be a 25-30 minute drive from Seattle. I used to live at a house at 500 feet, so many times I would drive to the top starting at like 320feet and it would be snowing at the top. One occasion, during an event that was very marginal, my house got around 8-10 inches of heavy wet snow, while the bottom got a few inches or less. Tree branches started to break, and there was thunder snow. It's even better if you can get a place in the PSCZ at 500 feet.
