Step back on 12z GFs ensembles first week of March looking more ridgy snow wizard will probably still love it it could be a death ridge that lasts for weeks but it’s fine if lows are a little below average

12Z ECMWF now shows some more snow on Thursday morning with that secondary system coming down from the north... favorable timing too.

The timing of this seasons snow has been perfect! I was off work from 12/24 thru 1/3 and today is a paid holiday so I am off today as well! I give the timing of winter fun 21/22 an A! Overall winter up to a B+ from a B! Kids had a blast with their new sleds. 
Temp up to 34.5, but we briefly dropped to 31 this morning so it made the top of the snow crunchy which was nice!

My friend that lives on Camano just posted a few pics on FB, they got hammered! I’m still waiting for a Lake Goodwin report but I noticed they are still powerless so I’m thinking similar to Camano’s numbers.

Actually looking back at the records the driest 60 day stretch in winter was Dec 1975-Jan 1976 with 0.78"

Currently Jan - Feb 2022 we are sitting at .28" Normal would be 11"

Historic drought is an understatement

Context matters a little though did the 1975-76 winter have 100” of snow before it dried out

Not sure If we are going to hit Tim’s temp map that showed 40’s. Up here, temp down to 34.0 with a DP of 33.6. Partly sunny.
