Looking active to my north. We’ll see if it can slide this far south.

Looks pretty good on radar so far it’s expanding westward while sliding SE.

Snowing here. I’m close to 700 feet in Enumclaw

The focus and center of the c-zone is definitely way south right now.    Radar shows precip over my area but its very light on the north side.    We have only had a little light rain and a few ice pellets in the last 30 minutes.    That could obviously change later... there seems to be a new c-zone starting to form farther north.

Took a quick video before dark. Heavy snowfall for the last couple of hours and adding up fast. Already around 4" of new.

Still on the warm boundary of the true Arctic airmass which is probably a good thing to keep the heavy snowfall going. Currently 24F.

It's interesting how some of the models are showing some legitimate snow accumulations between Corvallis and Eugene over the next couple of days. Corvallis actually did really well during the February 2011 event, better than pretty much anyone in Western Oregon.

Think you said once Corvallis is one of the single best valley spots for snow. Would love to see that in action! It certainly is for radiational cooling.

High of 36 in Sunriver today

Looks like we got up to 52F. Currently 42F and it feels pretty normal temp wise. Nice evening with some occasional showers and a few hailstones mixed in.

The low this morning was 42F so we might get a couple degrees below that in a bit but I doubt much more than that.

Had on and off hail showers for most of the day. Aside from that, and the frigid wind, was a beautiful day at the beach

"If only", even the biggest weenie's here would need immediate medical attention due to all the sudden onset heart attacks.

I will be bummed if we don't get at least a few flakes. Would be a waste. Not expecting anything, but cold without snow is useless to me.

Your best and only chance is tomorrow around sundown as the dry air surges in behind the departing low maybe it can spin up some south valley convergence.

When we were talking about old age and getting old today I was going to add that one thing that's interesting for men is our muscle mass and strength can continue to grow and gain up to your mid 50's or more. Yesterday I beat my max bench press by 20lbs over my best when I was 30 years old. Did 275lb and I'm about 180lbs. I feel stronger at 49 than I did at 39. I have noticed it's a little harder to run now than when I was in my 20's.

Rain/snow/sleet/hail/graupel mix.

40.1 though so maybe I'm exaggerating.
