Worse than 02-03, in fact, because at least that winter was wet (crappy November but impressive December and January). In late January, snowpack was under half of normal in the Mt Hood area, skiing was all hardpack and ice throughout January, and people were sticking forks in winter. I don't want a repeat performance. I want a proper center-loaded winter with lots of rain and snow in Portland. Was pretty lame before that I agree. 08-09 10-11 and 16-17 were overall better. It did not show up well on radar but you could tell it was coming down really good on the traffic cams. If you were not paying attention at the time then the SEA number might seem strange... but its not. Pretty unusual for a station to get an isolated .21" with that type of setup, but it happens.
