There are aspects I would like down there. But I also love the dry east wind through the pass here in the winter. They don't have that down there away from the Gorge. We usually go to Lake Sammamish which is just about the best lake for water activities anywhere. It's always warm in the summer and the water is generally clean and there is no algae even when it gets hot and it's a big lake so it never seems too crowded. And it's very close. You just can't beat the Puget Sound region for water access and natural beauty. I am not a fan of reservoirs... water levels are too unpredictable. Lake Sammamish is always at the same general water level all year long and it's a natural glacial lake. 1 Quote **REPORTED CONDITIONS AND ANOMALIES ARE NOT MEANT TO IMPLY ANYTHING ON A REGIONAL LEVEL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED**
