The 12Z ECMWF was pretty impressive.     I am used to the GFS being the more extreme model in terms of cold and snow.   Not sure what to make of it.

Lol I just enjoy messing with Andrew and some other people sometimes. Yeah I’m more inclined to believe it’ll happen just based on the fact it’s NOT the gfs. Expecting a bit of a pullback but we will see…think we get 2 or 3 37/25 type days at this point.

Definitely seeing a pull back towards reality on the GFS ensembles. Mean was -10.2C at PDX on the 06z, now bottoms out at -8.7C.

Looks like the GEM ensemble still drops PDX below -10c will be interesting to see how the Euro plays out a small pullback from the 12z wouldn’t surprise me

GEM Op and CMCE both trended colder than the GFS Op/GEFS a total flip from previous days. C'MON!!!!
