Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

Lets hope that is where the 2011 similarities end.

It rained almost every day for 2 straight months at SEA after that late February cold snap and it did not go below freezing at all in March and April.     That would be pretty depressing... at least to most people.

3 consecutive days with highs of 36 on the euro and an overrunning event too. Nice to see it didn’t back off.
43 for a low this morning and we’re up to 0.36” for the month after yesterday.

Been busy this week getting my wife's office space finished and fixing the fuel flap lock on my car (glad I make it a habit to fill up at 1/2 tank) so I haven't been paying attention to the models, and barely paying attention to the forum.  I was pretty surprised by the temps being shown for Seattle next week on Q13...low's in the 20's highs in the upper 30's-low 40's....dayum.  I've got some catching up to do!

Speaking of my wife...I am going to start seriously scrutinizing her job choices.  When she started cardiology, we had a few friends have heart attacks within the first year or so...when she started Hospice, had 4 friends go on hospice and pass within the first year.  She started at the cancer center on Monday and I got a call on Wednesday that my cousin has breast cancer and looking at a double mastectomy next week.  They are still trying to figure out if/how much it has spread.  In all of those job changes, there were no friends who "utilized" those services in at least the few years before she started....well....I guess the friends on hospice had cancer....so hopefully those will "count" in this twisted little trend...

I might have to make her quit and go work at the puppies, rainbows and unicorns clinic.....I haven't found one of those clinics yet, if anyone knows where a location is, I would love to hear about it.

She needs to become a meteorologist for the east coast, that would guarantee nothing but epicness on the west coast!
