WeatherMan101
Also cowboys won! KC just can't compete with the offence Dallas has with Dak Dez and Zeke! We whipped the Redskins last week 33-19. So it sucks too see the Seahawks lose! I wanted them to win over the Redskins to help the Cowboys !! Oh well! Seahawks will be fine but that offence is just weird in Seattle.

bainbridgekid
I doubt it would have made that much of a difference.Considering we picked up almost an inch of liquid precip with a temperature below about 36 degrees, I'd say a few degrees would have made a pretty big difference. WeatherMan101
My only complaint about this cold snap is our inability to clear out for really cold min temps. I'm still hoping it will tonight, but I'm far from convinced it will. That having been said the cold max temps and the snow have been quite impressive.Eh, it's November 5th so I can't really complain. Saw some snowflakes and a inch of snow Friday morning. That's pretty decent this early in the year.
Phil
All of a sudden, both the GFS and ECMWF depict a monstrous anticyclonic breaker into the NAM domain during week 2. Tenochtitlan
There is still a couple of inches of snow on the tops of bushes and grass, and some large snow boulders left over from the plows. So there's been three days of decent snow cover (at least off of paved surfaces) in early November, just crazy.

Front Ranger
The strongest signal I see for North America in the long range (beyond day 8) is very cold air building up in Alaska and the Yukon. The EPS and GEFS both show this from day 8 onward. I don't have time to do the research right now, but maybe wxstatman or someone else could point to some other years that featured this happening in mid November?
