MR.SNOWMIZER
This spot here is where i will start building my home next summer. Right in the middle of 160 acres. I did tons of research in this area before i purchased more land. There are many micro climates up here and snow depth varies a bunch and not with elevation so much. This spot is 3 miles away as the crow flies from my 20 acre piece with the little cabin and there is always more snow on the big property. On average about 30 to 40% more snow than the cabin. Big property is 3800 and cabin is 3550. There is 16 at cabin and 23 at big property and at one time last year there was 20 at cabin and 43 at big property!! To say I'm excited to get over there full time is a understatement. 7 Quote We come from the land of the ice and snow.
