snow_wizard
Looks like that's it for Victoria. Ended up with around 4", which more than doubles the season total. Now it's cooling down quickly behind it. This is the best looking Fraser outflow we've had since early last February and this one will make it further south. Goes to show that having the cold already in place over the interior of BC is quite important. I learned a big lesson about that with the Sunday event. Quote Death To Warm Anomalies! Perturbed Member
So far 3.25 inches on everything but roads. About 1 inch on road surfaces. Took forever to start sticking to roads. Currently still 32.5F with the back edge of the current band about to pass. Radar is filling in to the west but not sure if that hits the PDX metro or if it slides too far south. Regardless of what happens, this event has been way better than yesterday. Snow for the guys up north in the sound and I finally got 1+ inch. The narrow surfaces like tops of fences have about 2.5", but I'm sure that's due to extra adhesiveness with those big fluffy flakes. Looks beautiful out there, just like last night! Getting spoiled.
