July 2018 Weather in the Pacific Northwest

Not even close. We still have our annual August hellstorm to look forward to.

A pleasant 80F in Bozeman today. I heard it's hotter here though so it's probably just a sensor error.  ;)

M house was 20 degrees colder than your house two days ago.  ;)

Cool story.  :P

I can cherry pick days too! Doesn't make the average temps or number of 90 degree days different though!

Mmm, averages.

Average July high in Burnin' Bozeman: 82

Average July high in Marine West Coast Rural Clark County: 78

Loving the new renames! Burnin' Bozeman has seen all of two 90 degree days this year with none in the forecast. It's been a real scorcher. Surprised you haven't seen the flames from your house!

I remember a week ago it was zero!

Rackin' 'em up! Still plenty of fire left in that oven!

Let’s see...sacrifice July to have some 34 degree slop in January...no.

Only way I would is if it meant a Jan 1950...which just doesn’t happen anymore so who cares. Give me a sunny and warm to hot July!!

Team Jesse response coming shortly!

I have always agreed with this... I would take beautiful summer weather over lining up some snow in January every day of the week and twice on Sunday.    :)

Beautiful summer weather is much more of a given in this climate than significant winter snow. Just FYI.

Tim’s wacky microclimate is the exception to that rule. It can snow and stick at 60 degrees there, and normal summers are above normal + sunny + sopping wet.

New EPS weeklies keep trades pumping along the dateline. Will make it tough for a niño to get going.

Actually snow and stick at 70.   Get it right.

And this summer has been above normal, generally cloudy, and wet... through 7/10 at least.    Now sunny, warm, and dry.   Trifecta!   :)

Say it will never snow again here... and most people would be happy about it and gladly stay.

Say we will never have nice summer weather again... and there will be about 50 die-hard lumberjacks left here!

Ten years ago this fall someone did say it will never snow here again. No one moved but no one was happy about.

My preferences can beat up your preferences’ dad.

Someone’s on a bender tonight.
