jcmcgaffey
Not sure if it will be deep enough to warrant busting those out yet, but I considered it. Usually a pair of sturdy boots and snow pants will be just fine if the snow is 6-10” or less.I have really been craving going up the last week or so. Used to do quite of snowshoeing and ice climbing back in the day. Have pretty much climbed on every major NW peak from Bachelor to Baker. Now with the kids that was one of the my hobbies that had to sit on the shelf a bit. I enjoy the pics of hikes/etc when you and others post on here.
MossMan
Just a fair warning...we had a table just like that and the glass top spontaneously exploded this summer on a hot day. I guess I would be surprised if that happened, but I'm wondering if the precip rates are high enough so that the snow starts piling up faster than it melts off....probably needs to get a few degrees cooler.
