We were also dry slotted when PDX got 11". Then it snowed 2" here and stopped. Then the really heavy snow came in the night. Had around 6-8" here, not sure exact amount because of the blizzard like winds. Most of the snow fell in the mid 20s with some extremely heavy snow around 1-2am. And then the subfreezing high on the 23rd under full sunshine with strong east winds. It was really nice to wake up to this,.

The airport averages 15 so I am guessing most places average over 20 inches
