If it was midnight to midnight, there may have been even more than 28 on either side of midnight. We didn't have that much new snow by midnight last night, maybe 5 inches or so. Records now are kept at the fish hatchery I believe, and when I was in that area an hour ago it was the mix of sleet, snow, and freezing rain so their totals may not go up much.
