Its a well know fact that inter-hour temps are not always accurate and sometimes not reflected in the daily high or low.    You argue all you want but that is the reality.    I also know that the daily high or low can be higher or lower than the hourly readings.    So it goes both ways and I don't get it either.

The interhour temps are rounded to the nearest degree Celsius, not Fahrenheit. Look on Mesowest and it’s crystal clear.

Thunderstorms always put me in a good mood. One thing I really enjoy about summer that makes it all worth it.

need this in my life right now

Hail missed me, but it was legit. At least 50mph with constant lightning.

Best part is it knocked temps down 20°F. 😍

OMG... I am sorry if you ever thought that.  I would gladly give you the code if you wanted it.    Its not a big deal... I swear half the area knows the code and cuts through here anyways.   I hate those gates with a passion.   They serve no purpose.

LR EPS has been increasing the marine influence in recent runs. Makes more sense IMO given the 500mb pattern.

Dude.. you need help. Let the man make his observations without you jumping all over his back. Back off.

This is what I'm referring to when I say you get away with it these days because you can. Fred wouldn't be able to put up with this crap.

Probably perfect at Lake Sammamish with 85°F water temps though. The Caribbean of Washington!

75 degree water temp.   And I can tell you the water was very warm on Saturday when we were out there.   Still refreshing but you don't even feel cold when you come out.

You should jump the fence and yell at the house “hey, what gives you the right?!”

I just won't quote him any more if that is the problem.   I post observations from North Bend and the stations up here most every day anyways.  His temp will be significantly colder than the rest of this area on most days.   Just the way it is being deep in the forest.

What is the minimum income requirement to access Lake Sandwich? $25K a month? Or week? Just wondering.

$7 launch fee.

Free otherwise.   Except Discovery Pass is required to park at the beach at the state park.

Lake Washington water temp is 70.   It's always colder than Sammamish and it's definitely noticeable if you spend time on both lakes.

Looks like NW winds are approaching SLE now. Wish I was in Florence right now. Sunny 64 and winds gusting from the NW at 44mph.

Probably no coincidence that Tim does, as well.

Tacoma native!    Amazingly... in that in that Netflix documentary they have lots of footage from that fateful day (7/14/74).  Someone was filming a festival at the state park before it even happened and then filmed part of the police search.   It was fascinating to see what it looked like back then... in many ways it has not changed much.

Yeah like others have mentioned, hopefully we are close to running out the clock on this insanely hot and dry season we have had! Must hurry up and get back to 46 degree dark dank drizzle for the next 10 months since sun and warmth around here lasts FOREVER!!!

Happy Tuesday! Weenie and downvote away! After the 4hr dentist appointment this morning everything else pales in comparison today!

Actually one of the few Western WA state parks that I have yet to set foot in.

Horrible experience.   Make sure its really necessary.   I read that they push it by default and its not always needed.
