How many decades ago was this?

No sh*t… I just had a routine check with the dermatologist and he froze a couple suspect areas. Took about 45 seconds for both with the nitro and was deemed a surgical procedure… $336.

My preferences can beat up your preferences’ dad.

We are well off topic today as the onshore push progresses.

Back on topic then... looks like a NW flow push rather and a southerly surge.

The hygienist I usually get is in her early 60s and always making mildly suggestive comments while she's digging around my mouth. That's really the only uncomfortable part of the whole process.

I apologize for that, never my intent but appears unavoidable. Appreciate all I've learned here. Deleted my profile as best as I can.

There is nothing you need to apologize for. Please don't leave!

I can not stress this enough, nobody wants you gone. You did nothing wrong.

It did form in place.   I watched it for a week in the models and it actually happened.

I watched it too, and no it didn’t.

How about dealing with the actual problem, we all see it but the problem themselves.

Thanks Chris!   I apologized for quoting him to mention other temps in the area.  Won't happen again.     His temp was 77 and dropping which is so strikingly different.    It's still 80 degrees at Snoqualmie Pass right now.   I am amazed at how much cooler it is in his backyard.   And have no doubt it's real.

Tim, it's not just this one thing, I would think you are smart enough to know that.

His reports really fascinate me.   It's a totally different world.   And he obviously hates when I quote him to comment on how different it is so it won't happen again.

I am sure the GFS will be wrong this time.   But we did talk about that trough forming in place a couple weeks ago when it happened.    It did not move in... it just formed in an area of lower heights between ridges.

Today is not the only problem either, or just with him.  I guess your behavior on the daily will just always be allowed and the rest of us have to accept that.

Yeah. She lives downtown. First job out of grad school for her and her boyfriend. She speaks of the summer weather in similar tones as @Phil.  Not a fan. She likes the city living for now though.

How does she feel about the rest of the year?

Funny coming from the guy who gets bored when we just politely talk about weather.  You were the one complaining the loudest.  😀

She’s ok with it. She’s a big runner so she’s not a fan of weather extremes. She spent five years in Ohio prior to DC so she knows heat and cold. She didn’t pick up my interest in weather.

My other daughter lives in Colorado. Also first job out of grad school. She had to go to work during a verified blizzard warning. She drives a Prius. She still kind of likes snow but some of the novelty has worn off.

Is this her first summer here? Because *so far* this has been the nicest summer since 2014. 😅 I’m pretty sure that will change soon, though.

You didn’t even do anything wrong tho…hopefully you’ll be back I know you left awhile back too. If you can’t get along with someone just put them on ignore is the only advice I could give you if you already haven’t logged off the forum. Hope to see you soon.

84/59 today down to 79 now. Not too bad of a day honestly fine with some warm days as long as it’s not too often and it stays below 85.

90/62 spread here. Down to 82 now with breezy NW winds. Gunning for a midnight low.
