The east winds have made it to Hillsboro. Albeit off and on, but when it's blowing it's stupid cold.

So, am I hearing rumblings that Friday could be something of an event? If so, what's predicted for the Seattle to Everett area? I have kids driving home (coming from Olympia, Maple Valley, and Bellingham). Does Saturday look better?

Everyone east of I205 and north of hwy 212 is below freezing. Amazing seeing temps fall from the 40s to below freezing with full sun in mid afternoon.

Federal Way got it pretty bad.  I remember my basketball net being encased in ice after the storm.  Lost power for 2 days.

I learned my favorite French card game Belote with my dad and sister during that storm.  Nice memories, despite the destruction. =\

I'm still getting the occasional quick burst of winds from the east, it's so weird and I can tell it's something really cold, then it switches back to northerly with us down to 41F from 43F a bit ago.

In the meantime it’s already down to 15 degrees. This airmass is a beast! Dogs and kids and myself are loving it! Going to take a warm shower now however!

I was on a work call with a colleague in Denver when it hit his area!

It's down to 23 here. Dropping like a rock while it's still sunny. Love it. I can taste the teens.

Harbor is frozen in Bellingham between the docks. Got up to 15* here. No sun exposure on the east side of the hill here which keeps daytime temps down on days like these.
