Given that snow is sticking right now in the northern Oregon coast range, this map is already wrong.

I am not sure which part he meant.    But I will say what is happening today has little bearing on tomorrow.

Not that anyone cares, but that is a very chilly airmass moving in tonight and tomorrow. With clearing skies tomorrow night we should see some hard freezes and potential 11:59 lows tomorrow night.

Always back and forth. The 06z showed it warming up substantially after the 8th.

On my way back to work I decided to take a right and go up behind our place to the east instead of left back to work (Next to I-5) to check things out…And to show you all if you wanted to move out this way that it’s a HUGE difference just in a 3 mile span…Move above me and not below me! It was nice wet snow falling at home but not sticking, but very nice quality snow that was starting to stick to the trees again up above me, and super wet slop falling at work with the ground being bare. Both places being 2 or 3 minutes from my house!

I am at 580’ (highest point on my property) and just to my east (2 or so miles by road) is the highest point at about 800’ (the pic below that I just took)

Looks like wet snow falling at Paine Field based off traffic cams. Lumpy rain here in Edmonds. About to take the drive back up to Everett and might go through PAE.

There is a subdivision just south of here with houses in the 1200 to 1500ft range
