I stand corrected, it might be a smidge south at hour 75. Still remarkable consistency for a model that is "out to lunch"

Shows even more for the Seattle area than the 00z did. If this model is showing what the GFS is showing then maybe the GFS is not out to lunch.

If the model solutions were switched there's no doubt many would be touting the "peerless accuracy of King Euro within 90 hours"

Its marginal and within the range of the spread. The weekend parent low is STILL hitting north of the columbia. For the 5th straight run. Keep fading the drunkle.

You can tell GFS is an American model. Pitting us against each other like this. 

I'd love to compromise with a solution that gives Seattle 2" and Portland 8" for Saturday.

It is interesting to see the gfs holding on for as long as it has. I really just don’t believe it though.
