A new page now! Would like you show all of you, especially @Cascadia_Wx, the dinner I prepared for my friends and family tonight. Some delicious homemade octo-turkey, some fresh soup, a nice slice of pizza, some corn, and some toast!

I know it will never happen but I'd die inside if it snowed like that in May, especially after all these spring birds have came back that would take a toll on them especially the Swallows!!!

I once watched in disbelief as my sister boiled the macaroni and then dumped in the cheese packet without draining the water off first.

A measly underwhelming 0.13" of rain here. Getting the smoke masks and wildfire "go" box ready for this summer.

I'm feeling a decent summer on the way. Probably at or a bit above the long term average, but a step back from the HOT BOX of 2021-23.

2007-2008 was a CRAZY winter for spokane and North idaho, right? Coeur d'alene got 172.9" in that season, which is over 4x their average snow!

Do you have any pics from that winter?

Sometimes I’d swear the whole eastern half of the state was in some sort of giant rain shadow.

Might score a late season r/s mix Sunday night. That low level airmass is a good one, right from the Bering Sea.

I’m going to be in Boston Bar (Fraser Canyon, north of Hope, about 500' elevation) then. It’s in the blue on that map. Hmmmm.

It's called clown range for a reason.

Calling it right now. SLE will pull off a below normal April, making it three in a row.

PDX will NOT.

In this case, SLE will be the outlier, since most other station in NW Oregon/SW WA should end up above average for the month.

Glad you have identified an Olympia, Oregon though!

Rainfall so far today. Astoria the big winners 🏆 with over an inch of 🌧️.  Kelso and PDX over half an inch but other locations had less precipitation.
