It's been lightly snowing for almost 24 hours here in Victoria now; this has been an impressive day for cold here, perhaps the most impressive Arctic outbreak here since Nov 2010. Low pressure systems keep sliding across the region at different latitudes. That assures a wide area shares in the fun.
