It's a good thing for us folks with gardens and roofs to worry about that we don't have to deal with anything too cold or frozen. In all seriousness, the GFS has a cold bias but the Euro ain't perfect either. Anyway, this is all pointless, so I will be spinning up the January thread as a Jan-Mar Spring prep thread and will continue to ban those sharing unrealistic (re: all) snow maps. The worst part about that photo was the fact that I had to endure 15seconds of drizzle to snap it. I’ve been on the warm December cold January train for awhile. Still looking good! 1
Esquimalt
Hmmmm. the euro is showing some small accumulations here and about 6 or 8 gfs members are seeing 10+ cm on Monday here (new from overnight). I can see how that would happen, that low would have to track east and just graze us as an anafront type setup. Definitely worth keeping an eye on. Any thoughts? How exactly am I supposed to analyze a giant emoji flipping me off in response to having a different take on model trends? It was all downhill from there, and I still never really made it personal. I even played along with the dumb blooming flowers in the winter game certain people here love to play. All you can really do. But it still gets pinned as 100% me f*cking up the forum for everyone else. I get it that my reputation precedes me to a great degree but let a guy change a little.
