I just watched the RGEM loop and the low center jumps around. Which tells me there won't be an organized center but rather just a broad area of low pressure. Which is also why we see two camps in the ensembles. At 11 a.m. is its near Neah Bay... and then magically one hour later at noon its over Mt Baker... then at 1 p.m. its back over Sequim.
