Maybe I’m weird but I’ve always liked the early sunsets. The long evenings can be cozy. On the flip side I’ve always enjoyed the super late sunsets on the opposite side of the year too. I enjoy dynamism when it comes to daylight length throughout the year. To me it would be strange living at a lower latitude where daylight length and sun angle are more uniform year round. I realize this is just personal preference though.
There's a chance that a few showers could work up into my area today otherwise cloudy and cool. Looks like most of us will dry out and cool down for a good while after the early and midweek storms roll through. @Tom maybe some rain in the valley?
Active day tomorrow especially for Oklahoma and Kansas.
The NAM indicating that Tuesday and Wednesday could be an active day for others east into the Ohio Valley.
Last night was my first thunderstorm in almost a full calendar month.. things look considerably more active moving forward so I should be racking more of them up this month.
Over 1.2" rain fell yesterday at KDWU! (Mostly from a single t'storm that occurred from 10pm to midnight)
72/64 was the hi/low. Today might feature a longer break between the precipitation, sun is already out and may fix up a more primed environment for storms. Overall nicer Spring days than we had late last week, the upstairs is a bit less stuffy now.
