Not sure if you are being sarcastic, but from what I can tell the Euro has been steady eddie. At least compared to the others.

Definitely been one silly run of some kind after another. Throw climo out the window when the Euro turns into the FV3 at 324 hours for days on end...

My preferences can beat up your preferences’ dad.

Euro pretty much swapped totals from Seattle to Portland through early next week.

 

Bottom line is there remains huge potential for a large snowstorm somewhere between the two. Details and placement will work out in the coming days.

I'm still not sure on the difference between the two or which algorithm has better verification but here is Kuchera totals through 4PM Tuesday.

 

More than the 10:1, FWIW.

Yeah, I noticed this on the 12z EURO run this morning. That the Kuchera had higher snowfall amounts compared to the standard 10:1 ratio. It's suppose to be more accurate so it's a good sign.
