my God, this forum has devolved into the worst of the worst. It's always emotional and reactionary in here, but it seems that the rational and seasoned members have pulled back to make way for the kids.

I am excited for a lot of you guys, because it seems like this is your first time tracking a PNW winter storm. I remember my first time.
Looks like a spread of 54/45 back at home today. 0.46” of rain so far and it looks like it’s still raining there right now based off radar. Nice to get a decent soaker late in May.
Greenfield, IA, where my dad grew up and much of my family still lives was struck directly by a major tornado today. From drone footage much of the town was destroyed. My family is OK luckily but at least two people died.
The power of those things is just unbelievable. Trees and houses just shredded in a wide swath right through the center of town.
