Light snow in Aberdeen.  This is usually a good sign for a legit overrunning event for the entire Puget sound.

This has the feel of the transition events of old, as long as 925 temps stay under +1 for a while I should see snow for a good while with the offshore flow currently.

Yes it does. The thing that is fun about these is precip is never a problem,  sure we all know it will rain tomorrow. Kinda like a one night stand, it's still fun.

And not usually dissapointing , been awhile since we have had one of these.  I am not expecting inches of snow, but it sure is fun to watch unfold!! And the fact the NWS dropped the ball again and only pegged it as rain/snow and temp around 36 and then warming, oooppsy!!

Haven't actually measured, but we're officially past a "dusting" here on the surfaces that had all melted. Starting to accumulate on the branches out front now.

My weather app is still giving us rain through tomorrow morning. I'm not so sure.

If it's the iPhone weather app, idk what TWC is thinking but it says all rain all night in places that it reports snowing... it's very clearly wrong.
