How did someone honestly think that this is a good parking spot along one of the deadliest roads in the state...C’MON!!!I'll be that guy, but four months of being locked down at home, probably no AC when it's in the 90s, I could see the populace taking chances to cool down somewhere. It was a special occasion that seems to occur only every 23 months now... but used to happen more frequently.
