Nice photo! That turkey that you wanted to punch/tackle at the start of the month took a long time to defrost today even when moved to the south facing yard before packing it up. The ground over in your photo looks about as cold as mine so we're waiting to put the Xmas one out.

Is that the Seattle Zoo or Port Defiance???

Woodland park zoo. Hardest part was having to step over so many needles and empty high gravities…the usual!

What are their thoughts on college football??

About on par with the cfl. No defence and scoring at will.  Never understood why you guys go so crazy for it down there.  My girls made me turn off football to watch unicorn academy and a Taylor swift concert.  #livingthedream

Missed the 00z runs last night had a pretty crappy headache all day. December looks active, wet, and white in the mountains. Possible wind storm pattern.

Night Shift 6z has a heck of an AR nailing us! Here is the 10 Day GIF 500mb Height Anomaly and 10 Day Rainfall, Snowfall totals. Crazy!

Some very cold temperatures across the PNW this morning but a few areas are already into the 40s.

Troutdale leading the way at 44. But Battle Ground and Hillsboro are only at 24 while Vernonia is at 22. Crazy microclimate we live in here in the PNW! Burns is the coldest spot at 7. 🥶
