Not 4 hours.   It showed it hitting SW King County between 7-9 p.m.

Couldn’t tell if that feature was the current one. Does look a little farther north than modeled. Ready for it to stall and dissipate just south of me.

Ravensdale had 30+ inches in 2019. There was a strong cut off a few miles west.

Inch or two here. Was fun - made my first snowman with my two year old. Our 5 month old watched in delight.

Winding down now.  It was only able to accumulate to 0.8" because the snow was so wet.  Still a very impressive snow shower though.  Interestingly the snow was drier early in the event when it was about 36 than it is now with a temp of 33.  Dry air is so crucial sometimes, and the air eventually became saturated.

0.17” of liquid already with this band and it’s still right over me. Could have easily been a 2-3 incher if it was colder.

Not going to lie that one stung for sure being just a few miles away. I think the precip moving in is too light to really bring down the snow level here. 37 and raining here. I didn’t expect much the past few nights but this one had potential.

We’ve got a solid inch. This snow was so “sticky” it was weird

You were included in the WWA but 4-8” was more your forecast total according to the AFD. Still think it’ll bust low.

Still hammering the South half of Seattle but it's progress North has slowed to a crawl. Good news for those getting hit but I doubt it moves North past Shoreline at all.

Yeah... I think it's reached its northern extent as the trough is moving SE through southern WA.

The snow level is about 250 ft with this band. I’m at 150’ in West Seattle so I’ve been mostly rain with occasional snow when the precip rate picks up a bit.

I'll be very surprised if the top of West Seattle didn't get about 2". It goes up over 500 feet there.

Surprised you aren't getting precip. Looks like we are on the northern edge of the precip shield from the system going into Southern Oregon. We've had light snow the past hour or so.
