It takes a perfect balance for it to be warmer out here than at SEA pretty much every day for a month straight. The normal high here in the summer is about the same as SEA so it's really unusual for it to be this consistently warmer out here. Looks like SEA, OLM, and BLI all underperformed relative to forecast today. BLI didn't even make it out of the 60s. 1 Quote A forum for the end of the world. TT-SEA
Went with my sons to Lake Sammamish this evening so we could get the boat off the trailer and do some repairs to the trailer. Surprisingly busy at the launch for a Wednesday. Lots of families out enjoying a spectacular summer evening. Water is crazy warm too. We also put a new prop on the boat and took it for a spin... it was vibrating before at higher speeds but now it runs smooth as silk. All set now for the lake on Sunday with daughter and her friends. 2 Quote **REPORTED CONDITIONS AND ANOMALIES ARE NOT MEANT TO IMPLY ANYTHING ON A REGIONAL LEVEL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED**

snow_wizard
The shoving match between the Pacific High and the slightly north placed 4CH is incredible on recent model runs. The consensus seems to be the Pacific High will eventually win and shove the 4CH eastward and torch the middle of the country. A lot of 1950s analogs have been showing up the last few days, and those summers roasted the mid section big time. Going to be interesting to see what really happens. At any rate no runs have shown any major heat for us over the next 15 days. 1 Quote Death To Warm Anomalies!
