Moisture retrograding around the low to our east w/ low level convergent arctic outflow between cascade gap outflow and fraser northerlies. Extremely unusual! Sat and radar trying to get something done over the Seattle area now. Would be awesome to get some surprise flakes out of this, just like what the Euro showed. Honestly I thought it was a resolution fluke and that it would stay in the cascades. Could mean for more snow in the region if this trend continues.
