Lake Goodwin got nailed as well from the west wind but it sounds like the family lake house came through okay. Just branches and no trees through the house so that’s good.

Look at all the snow up and down the coast of Washington and Oregon--even into California.  It's all white.

Trough just swings by to the east. A drive-by cold shot, but nothing real cold. Close though and it seems there is some potential ahead.

It does show some real cold north of Seattle though, very cold Fraser outflow on this run.

The real fun will be when the 00z GEFS shows how much of an outlier this run is Day 7+ Lol. Ugh.

The good thing is the Euro is showing potential for some backdoor cold at this time too so it's not on its own. GEM looks cold too
