The ECMWF has a decent look to it at day 5.  Trough closer to the coast like the other models.

The ECMWF has lowland snow Friday morning with mid morning temps only in the low to mid 30s.  Not too D**n shabby.

The pattern being depicted late week is so different than anything so far this winter, maybe it will be the shakeup needed for Seattle to score.

Very little precipitation though.   Might be some light snow around on Friday into Saturday morning.

Here is the 24 hour snowfall for Friday.  Nothing huge, but nice to see.

A very interesting thing about the pattern late week is the surface gradients go dead flat which will allow the cold air to just kind of sit here.  This has big potential, but we have a way to go.

I don’t think he ever said that.

No but he has been a complete ******* towards me ever since it snowed at my house and not his. 5 other people ask how the models look and he or she does not respond, but if I say anything about how the models are looking he jumps down my throat. That’s all.

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

And Andrew just got done making the comment about nobody fighting tonight as well! I have been ignoring him but yet another rude post tonight directed towards me kind of pissed me off. I tried engaging through PM with no response of course since he is hiding behind his keyboard like all online bullies do.

Wow, online bullies must be really small people.

Looks like SEA ended up at -10.5 for the week. That is big league cold for this time of year.

Looks like PDX had an average departure of -9.3 over the week. But today’s -1 really pulled the average up.

For the six days from the 18th-23rd the average departure was -10.7

Maybe for down there, It would appear we're done for the winter here in Victoria. The upcoming pattern is just too marginal for areas like this.

Looks like there is still some snow in my front yard... also looks sort of windy and wet.

Not looking forward to coming home later next week.   Wish we could stay at least another 2 weeks... maybe all of March.  :)

I just sat staring into the floodlights and I’m sure I saw some snow-blobs mixed in

I just stepped outside as well. Flurries and sprinkles here.

For one, I just got your reply. Two, I don't care if you got 13", 1", or 60". That doesn't matter. I've suggested looking at the models yourself (others have as well), so you can form your own opinions. A few good snow maps, and you say "I like this map!". Then, a few negative posts, and you question if winter is over. Would help you a lot to take a few moments and take a look yourself.

I apologize for posting on a weather forum about the weather...seems to me you don’t add a whole lot to the mix either besides whining about not getting any snow and then attacking others when they do. This is my last post about this or to you. Enjoy the rest of winter.

Rain and 37 currently.

Briefly had snow mixed in with the rain in a heavy shower, precip has now ended though. 37 degrees.

Should add as well that the wind has really picked up that seems to be rotating between WSW and NW.
