This is probably going to be a snow to rain to snow scenario for Portland, with cold air advection at the end. With a low moving down the coast rather than an undercut. Better setup overall but I wouldn't be surprised if amounts are similar. The back and forth from offshore and onshore flow should be interesting with this I think. I'm hoping we can really limit the amount of it falling as rain. Will probably be a bit of a struggle on the west side of town here though. Hands down. Unless we see some convective cells as the outflow kicks in, 4-6 seems like a good call. Models are all over the place with next Monday. Victoria would be slammed if the euro verified.
