November 2023 Weather in the PNW

As we begin to approach the end of the month, perhaps we have been in weather doldrums because the monthly thread names are more generic? Always love the fun in a good name--especially when it gets proven wrong.

(Yes, I am aware that this has no effect on the weather any more than a fan wearing lucky socks or their hat a certain way affects the outcome of a game. Still fun to do.)

Honestly looks like crap.

No it’s fine, but more often than not over the past 25 years a losing team has played there. Good season this year, but it is what it is. Gonna be a tough transition to the big ten for y’all.

Do your research Andrew, the Huskies have had 7 losing seasons over the past 25 years

I mean, to be fair, I think a losing team has played there almost every week. (I can't remember the last tie.) He never said the losing team playing there was the home team, right? 🙃

Yeah, I ran that through my head before I posted.  He knows what he meant. 32 degrees after a high of 38

I know Oregon has won 15 of their past 20 meetings.

Also the 2008 season has to count at least twice. But I get it 1991, the year they finished #2 was probably the prime of y’all’s lives.

Wondering if it will drop down to 20F so I can silently curse that trick play at the 20 yrd line on 4th down. I'm a Cal fan but found myself soooooo invested in that game rooting for the local team (I.e. Cougs).

Back to weather, is that wet system at the ten day range trending north? Looks less wet for CA, maybe?

Nice photo! That turkey that you wanted to punch/tackle at the start of the month took a long time to defrost today even when moved to the south facing yard before packing it up. The ground over in your photo looks about as cold as mine so we're waiting to put the Xmas one out.

Is that the Seattle Zoo or Port Defiance???

46/30 for SEA

One really weird thing this season is my lows have been colder than OLM almost every day.  That's a pretty rare thing.  They did 27 today and I had 24.

Lovely evening!
43/29 on the day.
Currently 33.2 degrees.
The frost is really starting to accumulate now in the shade!
Oh and I added to the Christmas lighting today as well!

Yes... anyone wanting a snow fix should turn on Fox.    It's an actual snowstorm game between Iowa State and Kansas State in Manhattan KS.
