The offshore flow is our friend and our enemy. Pretty much turned to drizzle here.  The precipitation is too light.

32.9F and no snow still. sad. had to walk 2 miles upwards for snow. non event. Do you know how to email NWS/UW meteorology department so they can fix their broken radar? Also how do I email the developers of the weather app? It said 100% heavy snow at 33* but that was all a lie. nothing here. nothing.

The radar getting eaten up is a good thing.  More evap cooling and then lower temps.

Snowing at a decent clip but really small flakes. Made a snowball and squeezed it and it felt like I was squeezing a wet sponge.

You are closer to me than I thought.  I have snow dry snow falling and 31.5 degrees. Everything has a nice coating on it.

I don't want to do that 6 mile round trip trek up the mountain to get too good snowfall to enjoy but it looks like I might have to when I have time...

Winds continue to remain offshore all the way to the coast, and temps have almost universally fallen to the lower 30s away from the water. Heavier precipitation will slide into the Puget Sound from the west within the next couple hours. This is when we see how legit our snow chances are tonight.

Im not to sure the models are handling that 2nd low right. Might be stronger than the first low and being south of us maybe more easterlies.

Hard to tell but it looks like a mix at 34.1 in GH.

We've had very little melt off here.  Only 35 for a high today. Infact since Christmas Eve my highest temp has been 36.
